Processing time

Most orders are processed and packed within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional lead time — we'll communicate any delays before your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time is generally 1–2 weeks from order date depending on your location within the US.

Shipping coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We work to keep shipping costs as fair as possible.

Returns

What we accept

We accept returns on unfinished, unmodified legs only, within 30 days of delivery. The legs must be in their original condition — no stain, paint, cutting, drilling, or other modification.

What we do not accept

We do not accept returns on finished legs (stained, painted, clear coated, or otherwise modified). We do not accept returns on custom orders. No exceptions — this policy allows us to keep our prices low for all customers.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

How to start a return
